No g54 in the g code how do you get ride of it..

Running a older mats milling machine when it gets a g54 in the g code it always gives up a error. There can be no g54 in the code. I was pointed in the direction of changing the g code,

mi1 - Work coordinate system

# 0 = Reference return is generated and G92 with the

# X, Y and Z home positions at file head.

# 1 = Reference return is generated and G92 with the

# X, Y and Z home positions at each tool.

# 2 = WCS of G54, G55.... based on Mastercam settings

The orginal settings in MPfan were set at #2 so I changed that to 0-1 and still get the g54 in the g code.

Can anyone help me out with this would be appreciated. Thanks Reg

I'm not a post wizard by any means, but if I wanted to get rid of the work offsets I would remove the offending pwcs calls from the post. I use the # sign, then cut and paste the original line without the pwcs. Back up your file before editing, then trial and error.
