Solids question using MC Solids

Is there a way to extrude a tapered profile and

have the corners in the profile produce straight

radius, rather than tapering them?

I extruded this profile on 2 deg taper and the

rads are different on the top then the bottom.

 

Does any other software do it.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could figure out a different angle to cut, but you are probably going to end up with a "fudged "result.

How about cut it square and then Fillet?

Can you just extrude with sharp corners then add a fillet ?

Yeah I am trying to avoid that because there are

36 profiles with 8 rads/fillets per profile.

(rookie work)

 

And when you hold your courser over and out side

it finds the edge(good) and you can do it easily.

inside corners you have to use 'solid face-face

fillet' option.

 

I guess I'll just leave them. they only go through

1/8" material.
