2 part offsets

It will not allow me to do the rotation point on the second page, just the start angle. that is if I only have 1 in the steps selection. If I have my first page as Carmen does, it brings up a warning that copy source operations is selected and it will give me identical toolpaths.

I guess my main question is: When I set up each part, am I going to have to set the g54, and then get an x/y location for my rotated part and edit that location each time in the program? To me I thought I would be able to set up my first part(not rotated) and then my second part (g55, rotated) I could still locate off of the same reamed hole that i am using on the other part. Not the g54 hole, but the same hole that is in my part model. If this makes sense.. I just don't quite get it. Thanks for any help
