MPMaster and G85

Hello,

i want to modify my MPMaster Post to output the G85 like the MAZAK Code does.

Now the code is:

G90 Z-18.864

G94

G99 G85 Z-30.864 R-18.864 F160.

G80

 

That is what i want:

G90 Z-18.864

G94

G99 G85 Z-30.864 R-18.864 F160. E1600.

G80

 

As you see i want to add the E1600. from the feedrate F160 multiply with 10.

 

How can i make that ?

First, you need to define a variable that will be assigned to the E value in the variables format like this:

 

fmt E 12 feed_g85 #Feedrate for G85

 

 

Then, your canned drill post block should look like something like this:

pbore1$          #Canned Bore #1 Cycle

pdrlcommonb

feed_g85 = feed * 10.

pcan1, pbld, n$, *sgdrlref, *sgdrill, pxout, pyout, pfzout, pcout,

prdrlout, dwell$, *feed, *feed_g85, strcantext, e$
