Finding Angle Intersection with Probe

Hey Everybody(in the Dr. Nick Voice). I want to find the intersection of a 45 deg angle and a flat using the Renishaw probe on my Haas. I found 2 cycles,

Determining feature-to-feature data in the

Z plane – macro O9834

and

P9811 measure an angled surface.

Is there a combination cycle I can run that will give me this intersection point as in the pic?

TIA

I believe you would need to get the software for angle measuring and 3d measuring thru renishaw. I was wanting to find angle locations a few weeks ago... i was told i would have to get the other software to do that.

Not necessarily.

Boink your points, capture the variables, and do a little trig. can all be done in a macro.

The renishaw probe book will say which position variables are being captured, based on your control and renishaw software.
