Siemens 840d Control Definition

Anyone out there using a Siemens 840d controller that gets "error in end point of circle" error?

MCAM keeps posting out the following code:

N14842 X-2.4349 Y.833 Z-.0037

N14844 G2 X-2.4346 Y.8341 I3.373 J-1.1352 F150.

The arc length is too small for the controller. I jacked up all the tolerances in my control definition but I cannot get rid of that line.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Delta to start. Got that from the MP Siemens 840d machine definition I got back in X2.

I went into my control panel and changed the HMM kernel arc creation style from Keep all HMM arcs to Keep HMM arcs within min, max radius range of filter (even if filter is off). Now it will run some parts. Whether this was right or not it, it seems to be working.
