Having a problem with display

Is anybody having a problem with displaying an existing file after you open it. It seems to open fine, but the screen is blank, screen fit doesn't work. If I call a function such as create-line it auto snaps to nothing, wierd eh?

Do not know why it happens but a reboot usually works.

When this happens try hitting the "S" key twice then look at the lower left hand corner and see if it lists items on the screen.

I had similar instance in the past (not in Version 8). I assume the Mastercam window is maximized. Click on the Restore button, then click the Maximize button. This usually resets the video.

Restore button - The 2nd button on the upper right, above the Mastercam Tool bar. Its in between the Minimize and Close buttons.

Did you try Screen, Next Menu, Regenerate?

I had a similar instance once where i couldn't see the entities. Turns out they were drawn the same color as the background. I also encountered a bug in version 7.2.c where during the creation of a curve 5axis toolpath the current color would switch to black.
