MRI and or CATSCAN files

Has anyone taken a MRI file and brought it into

Mastercam? Not 2d but a 3D MRI File.

Also from what I have learned a CATSCAN is a true 3D file and it is better to use.

What conversations are availabe for a MRI or a CATSCAN is availabe for export?

yeh dealt with a few,i just edit the header by opening the file with a editor and getting rid of all the junk but the XYZ info then change the extention to a doc file and bring it into mastercam

What do you bring it in as? I used to work for a company where we brought in CT scans, converted them into STL, and then produced RP models of the bone structures in an FDM machine.
