Red netHASP SIM

I have Mastercam V9 installed on my PC. I am trying to install a red nethasp in our school shop and am not having any luck with the directions for updating the red nethasp sim. If I follow the directions that was sent to me, the update button does not highlight when I type in the Authentication code if it is set to network on the second line. If I put it to local, a message at the bottom appears stating that the Authentication code not found. Any suggestions?

You might try using the Word file they sent you and directly read from that.That's what I have done in the past with no problems.From reading your post I am assuming this is an update and is currently active on a lower version.

When updating or upgrading a Nethasp one MUST use the word document attachment that was e-mailed to you. Trying to type in the code will never work. If you are still having problems please call 1(800)ASK-MCAM.
