Cutting a 60 degree dovetail

Hey Louis,Good project,Sounds like something I need to do.

Are you working with solids or wire frame?

If it is solids, Suppress the .015 fillet in the corner and do not put a fillet in the tool defintion. Then chain the inner edge of the dove tail.

If you want to model the fillet in the work piece and the tool, create a curve or a line at the Quadrant of the Fillet on the work piece.

Then chain the curve or line.

Hope this helps.

Put file on the FTP site,I am sure someone tackle it.
