Mill/Turn operation. Using a "Bull Nose" style tool create a radius on the edge of an extrusion screw. The first cut, where the blend radius meets the outside diamter of the screw flight, the cutter is jumping back and forth across the flight instead of remaining tangent.

After the first pass, the cutterpath is stable and will produce a good result. My question is, should I modify the geometry of the blend radius to acount for this error or is there some settings I should be looking at with Flowline??
