Dual table, multiple fixtures per table

I have a dual table router. I have multiple fixtures per table. The fixtures are not the same pattern on each table so I will need to modify my posted mastercam file. Can anybody recommend the best way to go about this? I am currently looking into using a sub or label but would like to see if anybody has already fought this battle.
