Can anyone tell me how to modify my post so that when I have a "plunge rate" different than my "feedrate" it will post correctly. Thanks in advance. Hope you all have a Happy and Safe New Year!

You mean that now if you program a contour operation with the Plunge Feedrate and the cutting Feedrate different you never see the plunge rate output?

If so...

It would definitely be tough to guess at what is going on in your post, without seeing a copy of the PST along with a sample program.

Thanks for the reply Roger, but as I was making a sample program to send you, I noticed that is was outputting the plunge and feed rates correctly. I swear it wasn't the other day. Oh well. Thanks anyway.

If your operations don't have different feed and plunge rates defined, the post will not add any unnecesary feed rates. Since all the default tools in the default tool library have the same feed and plunge rates, that could explain the lack you saw.
