edit common parameters

V9 SP1, when in the oper. man. I have 9 holes, when I go through and spot them all, individaully, I highlight them and copy after. Right mouse click to " edit common parameters" I can change all the depths, and the tool, but why can I not switch from drill/counterbore to peck drill.

This is a 7 flute unequally indexed bore & chmf tool that I am programming. The holes are for the insert pockets, I do them individually to give me the chance to put in my A axis rotates after each hole.

Thank you for your input.

There are two reason's for that.

1) I don't know how..lol

2) I'm sure that would need to be drawn in 3D or solids and we use wire frame mad.gif here.

I have 7 views of this tool all on different levels, our cartoonist ( biggrin.gif ) draw each insert and flute on different levels so i have an end view and a side view for every freakin flute, rather that drawing it in 3D which would be so much easier. We do have about 25% of our jobs drawn in 3D, but when you make "cutting tools" they feel it is more efficent for them to draw in 2D. I only get a 3D drawing if the tool we are making requires a compound angle an an insert.
