5 axis drilling

In 5-axis drilling, the 3D geometry converted from SolidEdge has holes through tapered surfaces that are represented only by nurbs and surfaces(no arcs). Is there any way to select these holes for drilling without creating additional geometry?

I would say not.It this a solid or surfaces?

 

One of the best suggestens is to creat a vector line in the center of this Geo for drilling.

These are surfaces that have been generated by converting a solid model from SolidEdge. I do not have the solids option in Mill level 3. I tried what you are suggesting, but there is no clear way that I can see to find the exact center of the NURBs. I tried creating a 3D line from the endpoint and midpoint of the top and bottom splines; and then creating a line throught the midpoint of those lines. But it is apparent that this new line is slightly off of the center of the hole. Is there another way to create a line throught the exact center of the cylinder surface?

I have some thoughts but would be more helpful to see the geo to see what you have to work with.
