Help - swept solid won't sweep

Thanks in advance for any help..

I am trying to create a solid of an edge fitting.

(Jay will upload it to the ftp - 7933143-001.mc9)

 

I was able to sweep the left side pocket cutout alomg the part, but the two right edge pockets (leaving a center rib) gives me errors when trying to sweep cut into the solid.

 

I was able to create two swept surfaces (level 2, color 71) that illustrate what I want.

 

The front profile (on level 11) will not sweep either!

 

I really need this fitting modeled..

Kathy I have uploaded two files one your main file and the second being the same name but cadcam added.

 

My file what you want is done ready to make parts.

 

I used trim solid to a surface.

After redoing the swept surface to get reed of the wrinkle in the surface.
