X5 Axis substitution not drilling all holes I have selected

I rarely do any 4axis work, but I have 20 holes I need to drill on a 10" diameter cylinder. I drew all the points in their proper locations around the circumference of the part. In my drilling operation I have selected each point one at a time, set my Linking Parameters, and used Axis substitution of the Y axis.

 

When I verify, the holes that it does drill look fine. The problem is that it doesn't drill all of my holes. Right now it looks like it is only drilling holes in the 0-90 degree and 180-270 degree quadrants?

Your post may need to be customized for 4-Axis or 5-Axis to post properly. There is some capability in the posts that come with MasterCam, but in most cases the output is less than desirable.

 

If you are not comfortable tweaking your post, a custom can be purchased from your distributor. If you want to try to edit yours, some of the guys here are willing to help.

On the point sorting page try turning off "filter out duplicates"
