Looking For An Endmill

I am looking for a cobalt endmill in the Ø.500-.750 range with coolant through the tool shooting out of the bottom of the tool. This tool will be used for facing so coolant holes between flutes like on the Minicut (which we already use) are not much help. I thought I have seen and even used a cutter like that in the past but my memory is not what it used to be. TIA
