upon powerup this AM when attempting to select a different screen machine shuts down and "Parity Error" displays in upper left corner of CRT

 

Has a Mitsubishi Meldas CNC control late 80's

 

there are some red LEDs on inside the cabinet on board slots MW416 and MC116 also L1 led is blinking behind control panel buttons

 

any Ideas ?? before I call Mitsubishi Service...
