X4 HOME LEARNING EDITION WILL NOT START-UP

I installed Mastercam X4 on my home computer running Windows 7. It installed properly but when I click on the icon from the desktop it flashes the Mastercam startup screen for about 2 sec and then will not open Mastercam. what is causing this issue? Is there some sort of config I need to add to my computer?

Have you tried to set the properties to "Run as Administrator"

 

The regular Mastercam does not require this, but it is worth trying.
