milling Acme thd. on shaft

Im trying to mill an Acme thread on a shaft. ( like making a ballscrew). I created a helix, (spline). and then just used 3d contour and axis substitution around the shaft. It worked out great except my finish looks like facits.

I think I need to tighten up the tollerances on the spline. How can I do this? Any ideas??

Thanks for your help! B)

I used the create helix utility and setup an axis substitution toolpath. This is the code that is output using MpMaster.
