lead off part in dynamic toolpaths

Is there a way to adjust the amount of lead-off in dynamic toolpaths when telling it to stay down.

My problem is coming from the tool pushing off some during the cut, then when it micro-lifts and loops back around to go back into cut it is clipping material.

This problem is most problem-some when cutting super alloy or the tool starts to get dull.

It looks like the default clearance is about .015.

Clipping material? Do you mean cutting into the work piece or your rough stock? What is your step over? Depth of cut? Endmill size and brand? Toolpath radius? I keep my micro lift set at .002.

We need as much information as you can give so we can help.
