Can backplot show operation number?

Hi All,

 

Can backplot show an operation number?

Just loaded an old file, ran through backplot (expanded the dialogue) to the feature in question, look at settings and toolpath style (such as contour) is highlighted as well as the operaation description.

I looked in the settings and can't see if a 'Display Operation Number' can also be visible?

As it is, all I have to do is search through the ops manager to find the relevant operation description, but if it told be the op number it would be neater???

If you expand the backplot menu window, by clicking on the two little arrows on the top left corner.

I have done that (expanded the dialogue box as per the above). But I can't see an operation number there?

Does it show on yours?

No operation number I'm afraid Mr. Newbeeee However you will get operation numbers if you use the Machine Simulations' version of Backplot, which also shows the ops in different colours.

Yes, I know they are in verify, but wondered if they were available via a setting somewhere for backplot.

if you look at the operations tree in the backplot window the highlighted one is the one currently running

Yes - that's how I know what operation it is but I then have to look for the description of the operation in the OPs manager (and there may be 50+ ops.

I thought it would be neat if it highlighted the OP (as now) but with the OP number adjacent. Then it's nice and quick to go straight to that OP.
