rough pocket boundary

i just uploaded file onto the FTP site in the X4_files folder named "MICHAELROUGH"

 

im just starting to work on this part and already im having a problem. Im just doing a simple rough pocket aroung my part to hog out all teh stock material, however for some reason on 2 arcs of my inner boundary, the tool breaks inside of the boundary. Ive tried the different toolpaths and i even leave anywhere from .020-.050 stock material and i just cant get it to do what its supposed to. Any/all help is greatly appreciated, thank you

The blue chain is corrupted, overlapping entities, breaks and so on. Analyze the chain, creating geo in problem areas then fix it. Join all the arcs that can be joined. Make sure this chains as one full chain. Open up the outer perimeter to give the tool some wiggle room. Once that is done, you won't cut through the tabs and it will look saner than before. Really though, a HST rgh tool path would work better here.

i appreciate it very much, ill clean up the wire on the blue contour and look into the HST. I appreciate it
