Need sample .eia Mazak 200 MSY part transfer

I am building a post for our Mazak MSY's 200's & 250's we have..We only have used Mazatrol for part and spindle transfer...I know what the M codes are for part and spindle transfer...But I need a sample .eia code of what Mastercam X5 will post out for it.... Anyone have a sample of what it would look like?...My Mazak dealer says they have no sample of what Mastercam .eia would look like...He said all Cam softwares attack the part and spindle transfer all differently...I attached the M code list..

First of all I can imaging it would be interesting to know what control is on it.. Tplus / Nexus / Matrix?

 

As I understand your question I don't have any answer for your case, since I always use the Mazatrols own transfer, but try evt to program it in Mazatrol, run it with single block and read the G and M codes which are loaded into the control each step! They are normally written under buffer when they are "prepared" for the next move!

 

Have used that trick in other cases!!
