Fadal CNC 88HS

We have a new to us Fadal with the old CNC 88HS control. Although we have a post that works for the most part, but had a situation that the arcs did not flow like the Verifier or Blackplot.

 

What are your experinces with the arc settings in the Control Definitions for this control.

 

I have mine set at

 

Arc Center type set at :Delta start to center

 

Arc breaks set at :Don't break arcs.

 

Any help would be appriciated.

Here is what we have at work, we have Fadals with 32MP and 88HS controls. They both work OK with the same post and the following settings. What post do you have ?

The post I'm using is an modified Fadal 4ax post.

I did notice one change was the End point Check box was Round end point- break arc on Failure and Greyman had Round End Point- arc to generated point on failure. I made the change and see what happens. Thank You Greyman!!
