Luer Lock Threading

Anyone know how you could make the next part? is the internal rock to seal a syringe.

 

Thread ISO 594 standard Luer lock.

 

please I need suggestions for making the internal thread. Perhaps there is a tap for this type of thread?

I would look at a custom single point tool. That would be one mean looking tap.

i dont think it can be machined in one piece. with that boss in the center and size of the thread i don't think there is room for a tool to get in there and cut it with out cutting the center boss also.

Then? as they do? somehow someone must be able to do, in fact I have seen a website where they make this kind of parts ... look please.

I do not understand, what kind of tool for example?
