Z MOVE WITH G03/G02 LINE

My posted code some times has a slight Z level change in a line with a G03 or G02 in it (while in G17 plane). Its usually only a .0001 or so.But it causes a serious problem. It even shows up on a 2-d contour path some times.I'm not sure where this is coming from.I've changed tol.s in the paths & system to no avail.Anybody else seen this.

Can you confirm your geo is 100% flat & parallel with the X,Y plane.

Sometimes when I'm flyin thru stufff I accidentally push in the mouse wheel which dynamically changes the G-View (only a very small amount so I miss it sometimes).

This would only affect you if you have the checkbox in your config set to "Update t & C plane when changing G-view.

thanks for the help Guys. Here's what I have.I am using 3-D contour on this particular path to rough a ramped ribtop so the the geo. is a 3-D line.I have my arc filter turned off which greys out the xy/xz/yz option (which is set to XY)I do have the "Update t & C plane when changing G-view" option turned on.Everthing is set to top plane. I have depths option on & it doesn't show up until the 2nd pass???

Here's the code

N29 G1 X-3.5438 Y-3.7719 Z16.0044

It is a 5 axis program but this is a 3 axis path.hence the G143 & the extreme "Z"s.I have the g17,g18 & g19 options active in my control def.

If you can think of anything else let me know. This is not a consistant issue. It just pops up occasionally'

Thanks,Mark
