Could someone points me a direction how to hold the material, Feed rate and RPm. Any input will be appriciated.

Try this.

you will need a .100 od brass tube, diamond lapping compound, one jack off drill chuck, model clay, and a bridgeport.

back up your glass with some tool steel so you don't break through.

chuck up the tube, build a moat around the drill location, fill moat with diamond compound and water.

start at 500 rpm

do not make heat

it will start slow until the diamond is embedded in the brass.

then "drill baby drill"

hope that helps.

35k :)
