Im useing mastercam x5 lathe on a tl-1 haas lathe but when i tell it my max rpm and min rpm it wont change speeds it stays a constant rpm its posting a g97 in front of my g50 and g96 so its not varying has anyone els had this problem?

If you open your post and search for this switch you can set it to no

 

css_start_rpm : yes$ #Do direct RPM spindle start prior to CSS?

 

That will pull the G97 start before the G96 out.

 

I do find it strange that the control won't recognize the the G96 since it is called after the spindle start though

Might be best to send it to your reseller, 1 typo in the post could be catastrophic.

thanks i got my post open and that fixed it
