Using Solid as stock, but things arent lining up

Well, as I ALWAYS do with a model to carry my stock between operations. I set my WCS, create the size square of stock I want, extrude the solid to the thickness I want. I then go into my stock settings, choose solid, then select the solid square I had just created. My stock view is ALWAYS TOP. and my current WCS is the one I created in the beginning as well as T/C planes.

The yellow lines represent the solid I extruded, Z.05. The red is the shaded stock, and blue is the part. Part is in FRONT view for clarity
