post help on a Mazak post

I was wonder if any of you guys can help me put in a header to my Mazak post. I know that it usually goes in the pheader. But I tried putting it there and I'm getting nothing. I tried a lot of difference thing like removing the # signs in front of different lines and I can not get that to post out with any of them.
