OptiRest Error message after changing cutter dia.

I get te error "OptiRest is not supported with negative stock adjustments larger than the tool

corner radius when a single stock model operation is selected.

All I did was go from a Undefined (custom file) tool to a Flatmill thats slightly larger (.750dia from .625dia).

I'm green to HST. I'm not seeing where the adjustments need to be made. Maybe a Bullmill?

Opti-rest has a few funny quirks to it. I would suggest creating a new operation with the same tool and values and try that first. The only other thing I can think of is are you using negative stock allowances? The HST rest toolpaths are frustrating at times.
