Square Shoulder Insert Tool

I am looking for a better solution to what We are using for square shoulder insert endmills.

We cut a lot of tool steel including some of the old Crucibal type steels, Cruwear, CPM.

Right now using Sumitomo.

The biggest problem is so much of the product is designed around a .375" fillet so that is the size tool (.75" dia) We have trouble with the most.

So I am looking for input on what is working well for others.

For square shoulder roughing we've just started using Ingersoll's DiPos-Hexa inserts and tools: http://www.ingersoll..._DiPos-Hexa.pdf

 

We do H13 from soft to about 45HRC and they seem to be performing well. It only goes down to 1" diameter though. For the smaller sizes we use these: http://ecat.ingersoll-imc.com/ecat/ProductSeriesDetails.aspx?ID=16064
