I need a simple XY coordinate calculator program written in C++

Calling out to all CAD/CAM heads here that know how to make a program with C++ (or whatever) that will run in MS Windows.

 

I have a machine pallet with a 80mm hole pattern **See attached picture. I need the program to prompt for a hole position...K4 for example, and then return the XY coordinates in Inches. I need it to run from an icon like any Windows program. I dont want to do this using an excell sreadsheet unless I have to.

 

 

The program will look something like this:

 

==> ENTER HOLE CALLOUT:

 

==> HOLE POSITION (X,Y) IS:

 

 

...and thats it.
