External Roll Thread

Good morning Everybody,

If anybody know the source who can do the Roll thread on outside dia. in Toronto or the surrounding area.

I need 3/4-16UNF -2A Roll thread on the both end of the pin. Pin is 4." long,middle have 1.5 dia 1" long, and I need 3/4-16 roll thread on 1.25" long on both

ends. Material 17-4 PH. Qty is 70 pcs.We have CNC lathes but we don't have attachnent for roll thread.

I suggest you contact [email protected] for Landis threading tools. The ATI Landis threading tools are really not that expensive and the body will accept many sizes of rolls in case you need a different size down the road.
