Create Line Tangent 2 Arcs

I have been using Mastercam 8 for a very long time now and have mastercam X4

 

In mastercam 8, I could create a line tangent of 2 arcs and then trim the arc to create an outline to use as a contour path to cut my shape.

Below is what im trying to draw

 

 

In X4 i cant seem to find a way to do it. It has a Create, Line, Tangent through point instead which has me sending lines off in all kinds of directions

You can use create line endpoint. Then select the tangent button on the ribbon bar and select the arcs near where you want the line.

Use the create line endpoint command. In the ribbon bar you will see a "Tangent" option. Select that and it will do the trick.

By default when you select line endpoints the Tangent option is on.....just select the 2 circles.
