Forcing A rotation value at each operation...

If you need to force output for each tool, what Colin suggested above will work. But I understood your post to mean force at each op, regardless of toolchange? If that is the case, then find:

 

pparameter$	 #Read operation parameters
 #rd_params is used to call pparameter postblock and read the parameters of the operation specified in rd_param_op_no
 #"pparameter", ~prmcode$, ~sparameter$, e$
 if prmcode$ = 12025, rotary_axis2 = rpar(sparameter$, 1) #Capture the axis of rotation in Multiaxis Drill and Curve 5 Axis

 

(This is from Generic Fadal Format_2 4X Mill.pst)

 

and paste this right under the similar line:

 

if prmcode$ = 15240, cabs = c9k #This is the operation manager operation number, and resets cabs

 

This will cause a rotation to be output for every operation.
