Can someone tell me what this popup means and whi I keep getting it?

Attached is the popup I get. It happens when trying to transform a few operations. I don't know why I get it, but its annoying and I would like to get it resolved.

This continues to come up.

 

Mastercam doesn't like the result of using the NCI so it's telling you that you MUST use geometry to transform the geometry.

 

There really is no why to get around it

 

It's been pretty well beat to to death on the forum, a search will show the carnage of many of the topics

Could it be a memory issue? The reason I ask is I can open the file on another computer and they all regenerate just fine. If I reboot my computer and reopen the file, sometimes I can regenerate the file and its all good, but later on it will start screwing up again.
