NetHasp & X7

Hi all,

 

finally, we got X7 but...

 

I have been using VPN network to read our licence, when i was working from home at X6. Now after installing X7, it doesnt read nothing... "nethasp hasnt been found" or something... I tryed to taky my notebook to work with me, when i connect to wifi, it will found it, but from home not. So problem is somewhere in the VPN or...?

 

What do you think about?

there is an file in your X6 install called nethasp.ini

When your laptop was set up for VPN access someone made the proper edits to that file

you need to copy that file to the root of your X6 install

 

C:\Program Files\mcamx6\nethasp.ini

 

I keep a copy of that file in a safe place.

That way if I do a reinstall , I don't have to figure it out again
