Bull nose E.M. verifying with no corner radius.

 

I'm doing what I've always done in previous versions of Mastercam. Pick a flat e.m. and add corner radius.

Hi,

I think that McamX7 need another approach than McamX6.

In Tool manager just create new tool, define it as bull nose and be happy.

This works good.

I have had the X7 verify tool show crashes/collisions that aren't visible in backplot, and the program ends up running fine.

Verify will do that if you have endmill flute length the same as shoulder length
