If I had to guess, I'd say one of your tool planes is very slightly out of square

Right Click in the white spaces in View Manager and Select "Info"

 

Look at the Matrix values for your tool planes.. You'll find one of them that

is .99999 instead of 1.

This is usually caused by using a solid face to define a toolplane and it's not perfectly square

with your rotational axis.

I'm surprised it posted OK, they usually kick it out and won't post.
