Tim,

Just a guess, but you might try having him open up the "Maximum Surface Deviation" value on the Config/Tolerances page.

It might be a physically large model and having the default MSD might be causing too many segments to be made on the trimmed surface boundary.

Is he using X6 or X7? The limit was increased in the past couple years (X6 I think) when we changed the variable type that holds that point count.
