hyundai lathe ????

were thinking of buying a hyundai hit15s lathe any comments welcome ..its has a hytrol-84c controlor which post on the install disk for 9.1sp2 will give me the closest code ???repeate not asking for a post

Well my experience was that we had our replaced after 9 months for a new one and they still had trouble with that one after i left of cousre that has been a while ago so I am sure they have fixed alot of the problems we had.

 

Good Luck I would get others involved to see what they think like other makers of lathes.

I don't know what the $$ is for that but I'd go for Mori / Nakamura / Okuma

its at a buddie of mines shop they got it new about 1 1/2 years ago and there closing there doors so its pretty cheap $$$ i guess, cause the boss is cheap and i know he dosnt spring for ice water any way my buddie says its a little tricky to programe at the controller alot of goofy stuff to set etc etc.. ive only ever programed a haas lathe that why i was wondering which post on the mastercam disk would give me close code if any ???

Get the books, Get the books, If not I will let you get a copy of the one I got might be out of date but if I remember correct takes regular eia code. I will look in the book I got an let you know what it says.
