I am working with Mastercam set to inches but I want to analyze in metric. In configuration I change the analyze unit option to metric but nothing changes. I do not want to change the start up units because I do not want to scale the part. What am I missing?

 

 

I think it will only analyze in Metric for you if you use analyze distance or between points

In other words if you draw a 1 inch circle and analyze it, it will say 1.0 inches. If you analyze the distance between endpoints across the diameter it will say 25.4mm
