WCS not sticking

Hello all,

 

have a little problem, when working with a plate that is all surfaces and curves I start off with the top side. I check in the view manager

that I have it selected it's good.

 

Now when it's time to do the bottom side.

Then I continue on the bottom by selecting the bottom in the view manager but it wont stay selected, It also displays in the bottom left coner

 

Gview Not saved (iso ) WCS Bottom t/Cplane: bottom ( not Saved )

 

 

What am I doing wrong.

It sounds like you have two check boxes in the CAD setting selected

Open a new file in Mcam

Open the Settings dropdown

Select Configuration

Open the third page for CAD Settings

There are two check boxes in the lower center of the page "update C/T plane" & "reset Cplane"

 

Uncheck those two boxes and the tool / construction plane will stay set till you're ready to change it.

Great that worked, but I still get T/Cplane: BOTTOM ( Not Saved )
