Fanuc VMC 4th Axis Job Help

Hello Every one Im New to emastercam Forum and biginner for 4axis machining parts .

So here is my problem And i really need your help and advises to resolve this issue.

 

in my Work place we got 4 axis Fanuc VMC and during the last 3 years (since We purchase it) we Didn't use the 4th axis at all .because We always machined parts that can be finished With X Y Z axis Combination .so The 4th axis was unclamped and kept away from the machine .

 

And last week We received a part like this (please see the attachment ) Fanuc VMC 4th Axis Job Help-capture.png

and i decide this needs the help of the 4th axis and just fix it to the table and the axis seems working properly in manual mode , when we input some value to A 4th axis is rotating well without any alarm .

 

We usually programming with mastercam ( X5 ) and get the tool path properly .when we simulate the tool path in mastercam it seems ok .Fanuc VMC 4th Axis Job Help-capture1.png

Now the problem .. after post the program and feed to the cnc machine it does not work properly (fanuc 4axis post processor )

 

and one another thing our machine rotary axis is just go beyond 360.00 is that a problem ?

 

i noticed when we running the machine ,4th axis is rotating same direction, it just doesnt change cw ccw ) as a example

 

Now A valuve is A80.000 and then it rotate to A95.00 and again comes a line with A90.00 it doesnt change the direction it rotate the same way .that seems the problem .

I call to your dealer will help you get this worked out. You can post up a .z2g file then someone might be able to help you see everything going on and help you dial it in. From that real hard to know what all is going on.
