experience with HAAS T5C 5 axis

Just curious as to what anyone's thoughts are on these as far as accuracy, rigidity, etc...

We had them on our Mori's and really never seemed to have an issue, but a co-worker said he had nothing but issues with repeatability.

Don't have this exact one but we do have a HA5CB on one of our machines. Reliable but not even close to the accuracy of a good Koma or Nikken.

I've used one, my first concern was with ridigity. I was pleasantly surprised with how rigid it was. For tooling, I was using fixtures that threaded over the spindle nose. I routinely roughed using opti-paths in Alum w/ 20% stepover, .90 depth, and 200ipm @ 9500

No issued with rigidity or accuracy at all
