VTL Set-up Sheet

Does any one create set-up sheet for VTL out of Mastercam using the active reporting? If so can you share some ideas? What I am thinking since I have been creating them for the milling side is picture of part on chuck with chuck jaws , fixture, set up block ect. Them I would like to have the tools and the tool holder block. Just looking to see what I can do with this for the Lathes.

Do you use solids? There is a "layout" function I use to make my set up sheets there.

I do use solid but I want to use active reporting and show the tools and the holders like I do in mill.

You can show your tools on the sheet I showed you as well. Lathe tool geometry can be saved to a level, scale them down

and it looks great. I will post an example of that in a few.

You can put tool# and tool nose radius info next to each tool.
