Error after updating windows

Just got this error after running windows update this mornin' on a W7 box?

works, no guarantees, haven't come across this before

I had also uninstalled a prg called Code Meter just before I did the updates, and found reference to that prg. when searching the web for the error and what that file is for. Don't know how or when it got installed, but at least I'm up and running thanks to you!

Code Meter is installed with X7.

Wibu is probably related to Wibu Keys, a German brand for license dongles...

Yes - as Ben Wood says, this gets installed with Mastercam X7, and should not be uninstalled.

That explains a lot. The install date was different than when I installed X7 so I didn't they were related. Don't know why the date would have been different, but it's fixed so not worrying.
